Telemarketing
Telemarketers are our front lines to donors. Daily, we contact thousands of generous donors to arrange for pick-ups of used clothing, household items and small toys at their doorstep. Unlike some telemarketing roles, when BBBS Foundation telemarketers make calls, our donors are generally happy to hear from us. Plus, you'll enjoy a casual work environment with flexible hours. Clear communication skills and dependability are a must.
Hours: Part-time

Route Driver
Drivers are critical to our success. Part of our unique service to donors is our on-site pick-up: We literally stop at a donor's driveway to pick up bags of used clothing, household items and small toys. Non-CDL, a good driving record and reliability are a must. This position includes overtime, benefits and vacation.
Hours: 6AM until route is finished.

Driver/Warehouse
Non-CDL. Good driving record and reliability are a must. Hours: If you are working in the warehouse (packaging clothes and household items),
hours will be 7 AM-3 PM.
If you are on the road, hours will be 7 AM until route is finished.
Overtime, benefits and paid vacation.

Warehouse
After our drivers collect donations of used clothing, jeans and household items, they drive the donations to our warehouse for sorting and loading into trucks and trailers. Warehouse responsibilities vary, but can include loading / unloading trucks, forklift operation, operating a baler to compress used boxes, and general warehouse support.
Hours: 10AM - 6PM.

Office
Our office team takes great pride in serving our donors. We schedule thousands of pick-ups every week! Office roles involve multi-tasking, computer data entry, and customer service to our donors. Good phone manners, a pleasant demeanor and excellent communication skills are a must.
Hours: Part-time
